Shipping & Returns
I cannot accept returns or exchanges for aesthetic issues. Your computer screen may not show the work in fully accurate colour, despite my best efforts to photograph accurately.
If your purchase is damaged when it arrives, or breaks within 30 days of receipt, please send me an email and I will address these issues, including repairs, replacements, exchanges and returns.
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the item is not returned. Sorry, but I cannot refund shipping costs or duties.
I recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking when available. To inquire about shipping options not listed, please contact me.
