Piece of the Week - Pomegranate
This is a small watercolour from 2016. In 2015 I did a number of pen and watercolour abstracts, which started as just black pen sketches in a mini book, then I re-did my favourites in black pen and watercolour, some at 8" x 10" and some at 5" x 7". Some of the pouches are made with a combination of silk dupioni solids, and my digitally printed cott

Piece of the Week - Brushrolls
This week I'm going to talk about one of my textile products - these are my brush rolls. Each one is made with cotton fabrics, in two sizes. The insides are lined with solid colours, and the outside using one of a selection of my digitally printed designs. The design process varies, but can include starting from drawings on paper, which I then manipulate digitally to create the print design, and then have it printed onto the fabrics I use to make these brush rolls and othe
