Goal
I've done it - all 7 bags I wanted to get done are finished! I might get more done by the Tour in September, but I'm pleased I've done this many in time for that show. From an indigo dyed shibori (Japanese resist dyeing technique) sample of mine, which I manipulated digitally, printed on linen-cotton blend. Olive green corduroy bottom, and blue linen lining. More Bags
I'm more than halfway through my goal - I've got three more after these I want to get done before my first fall show of the year. There are pockets inside each bag, and handles which are shaped for comfortable grip.
Those shown (also shared on Instagram!) are as follows: Monarch butterfly print on a cotton-linen blend, with a taupe brown bottom and lining in wool. Colourful heart print on linen-cotton blend, with dark brown corduroy bottom and deep magenta wool lining. T

Shoulder Bags
If you found yesterday's Instagram post you'll already know, but if not, I'd like to show you what I've been making. This is the first of a series of large carry-all bags combining digitally printed fabrics (cotton or cotton-linen) using my print designs and solid colour fabrics. The print here is on cotton, which I've paired with corduroy on the outside and a dark brown linen lining. There are also pockets on the inside of the bag. The print itself is from an indigo dyed sh
