Piece of the Week - Brushrolls

This week I'm going to talk about one of my textile products - these are my brush rolls. Each one is made with cotton fabrics, in two sizes. The insides are lined with solid colours, and the outside using one of a selection of my digitally printed designs. The design process varies, but can include starting from drawings on paper, which I then manipulate digitally to create the print design, and then have it printed onto the fabrics I use to make these brush rolls and other things. You can find these and see available prints and colours in the Shop Textiles section.

The small size fits make up brushes, a thin 3" x 5" notebook, pens, pencils, crochet hooks and so on, making it a good travel kit for make up or sketching supplies. The large size fits knitting needles, brushes, rulers, and other objects up to 14" in length.
